Family

I am constantly reminded, especially during this Christmas season that I love so much, of how greatly blessed I truly am. I am blessed to know Jesus and to have salvation. I am blessed to have this incredible place to live and grow in Him, and in community with a group of believers who love and accept me just as I am, flaws and all. I am blessed to have a blood family, but even more blessed to have a heavenly family of incredible people. I do not know how I got so highly favored by God, but just knowing these people is absolutely amazing. They are each so beautiful and strong, and have impacted my life individually and corporately. I am so blessed to have our Sunday night groups of wonderful children of God, some who are just days old in the Kingdom! I am humbled in the presence of such an awe-ful, loving, perfect Father; and in the presence of His mind-blowing creations I call my friends; or rather, my family in Christ.

We are one body. We are all God's family, brothers and sisters, partakers of His promise. Thank you all for loving me so unconditionally, I hope that I can have the same kind of legacy in another's life some day. May the life-changing love and peace of our Lord Jesus fill your life and home this season, and always.

What a great time to follow God. Ok, ANY time is a great time.

Take today, I am exhausted, so exhausted that it is beyond ridiculous. And yet, I am so at peace on the inside.

He is enough.
His plan is enough.
His love is enough.
His ways are enough!

His way calls us into unity in the Body. I love how we are all united and joined as One, even when we don't understand it... it doesn't change the fact that we ARE one.

His ways are wisdom.

I think it is important to consistently be in remembrance of the fact that we are blessed whatever our circumstances may be. I want to be thanking God at all times, not just during the hours which I myself may be perfectly content. God truly is enough, and our lives our made good only by His presence. Additionally, He wants us to be happy, and I am so blessed to have the friends and family which I have.

God is enough. I thank Him so much more for giving me all that I have.

Thanks for 10 o'clock visits that include candycanes enough for every week of the year.

I am blessed to have friends like you, and everyone, in my life.

Be blessed in 2009!
Stay thankful and IN HIM!

Galatians 6:14
But may it never be that I would boast, except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, through which the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world.
