Presence

God is here. You cannot be nearer or farther from Him as you are right now. He is closer than your most secret thoughts, your heartbeat, your very soul. Step into a level of consciousness that recognizes Him and who He is. There is a difference between the presence and the manifestation of God, and it is simply this: Your awareness and desire. The moment you become aware of the Christ within you, and desire to know Him intimately; He begins to manifest Himself in you. It is already His desire, make it yours as well.

Thank You, Lord, for Your omnipresence. You are all-surrounding, all-supporting, all-God. May we seek Your face in the different facets of our lives, and recognize Your love in the people and things around us. In the stillness let us feel the longing of our hearts to know the Man Jesus. And let us act upon it with violence, tearing everything away that does not please You. Thank You that You are here in this moment, and the next one; and every successive moment that is to come. Amen.
